I'm only eating fruits and veggies, but GAINING...what is the problem?
I've had baaad mono for the last 2 months, so I've not been able to excercise. I've changed my diet to a fresh nutri-bullet smoothie with baby spinach and kale, banana, and about a cup of other fruits, a scoop of whey protein (30g), a handful of almonds and 2 cups 2% milk.
