For years I've been toying with weights and saying I'd like to power lift one day. Well...the time has come and I've finally kicked into gear. Its kinda boring not having a serious workout partner. I depend heavily on my ipod music to get me thru. Are lift buddies a pro or a con?? I'm sure it varies but just wanted to ask..
