CHeating on a diet and getting back on track
Ok I have been doing so well on my diet and all of a sudden I fell off track so what I want to know is how do you get back on track with calories do you do more or what I mean I did horrible now my scale is broken I have to get another one it was a good one too I feel so defeated please help
