Today I start jucying!
Last time I did jucying I lasted 7 days and lost not one single lb!!! I was soooooo disappointed but i'm willing to try it again!

The most challenging thing is working out my abs
I would say I have a strong endurance for cardio and weights, but I can't seem to last no more then 5 sit ups and 10 second planks. Why? Help?

Its hard to set a goal/get motivated
I was a past user and did not have any luck with tracking my calories. I'm back at it again but it's hard to get motivated to eat healthier and watch my calories. I don't like to exercise like I used to and i hate the gym settings. Help! !!
