i have been doing some research, along with talking to my doctor, and have been told that the healthy weight for someone my age and height is from 115 to 150 pounds, how is that possible? meaning why is there such a large gap?
i've been trying to keep a steady weight that is healthy, but any time i eat, i gain 1-2 pounds! i'm not talking about binging pounds, i'm talking about healthy portion/healthy food pounds! anyone know why this is?
