Gained 3 pounds in 5 days??
I know I shouldn't freak out, and it's probably water weight or something, but this morning I weighed 3 pounds heavier than I did 3 dayS ago. HELP. I've been sticking to my calorie limit strictly this week too!

It's working!
It's not a huge success, but I've lost 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks, just like MFP predicted! I was skeptical when I started, but now, not so much.

Need motivation
I've lost 3lbs in 17 days. The first 2lb came off probably within the first 5 days and I really haven't seen any changes since! Getting frustrated, need motivation!

Is losing 20lbs by Christmas (12 weeks) a reasonable goal?

Counting veggies
Does anyone not count fresh veggies towards their calorie goal? My sister's dietician said to eat as many fresh veggies as she wants even while she's trying to lose weight. Wondering if this is accurate. I get that it would have to be in moderation (if I somehow ate 500 calories in carrots it's still 500 calories).

I have a question. Hopefully someone has the answer. If I'm supposed to eat 1570 calories a day to lose weight. How many calories should I eat at each meal? What percentages of my daily calorie intake?
