Hey! I'm on a mission to lose 22lbs in 10 weeks and looking to partner up with some like minded people! I've never exercised regularly and I've started that up this week with walks of up to 2 miles. I'm avoiding joining a gym but if I can stick to this routine for 4 weeks I'll add the gym too!
