I need to lose at least 30lbs to get back to my prepegnancy weight. Does anyone know any easy diets to follow for busy people? I barely have time to cook. I'm trying to start somewhere at least, something easy to follow.

Hello! Is anyone or has anyone got back to their pregnancy weight after your c-section? I want to start doing something at least, I know I have to wait a bit to do excersise, but how did you start and what worked for you?
