Pushups 5x10 vs 50
So I have for the first time in years discovered that I can do full on pushups with pretty decent form. But only 5 or 6 at a clip. I have decided on the random arbitrary number of 50 pushups without stopping as a short term fitness goal. My question is, do I reap ANY benefit of doing sets of 5 pushups throughout the day?…
