What's in your fridge? I have a hard time figuring out what to eat for breakfast. I try to eat gluten free food my goodness my legs don't hurt from the cellulite anymore. Just changing my diet I think!

I did it!
First of all I didn't want to train but I pushed myself along. My trainer knew it too but she pushed me. Thank God! Those battle ropes are a beech!!! Then the steps are not my thing I don't like. Everything else was ok I sweated. Then to pool and hot tub and off I go!
