I feel like if I leave it too long I lose motivation, but then when I don't see results I also lose motivation. How often do you think you should weigh in?
Hey everyone :) I'm 20 years old, 5'4" and weigh 15.9/219lbs. I've put on 3 stone in less than 2 years and have finally decided I want to lose weight, to be healthier, but feel like I'm lacking motivation/nice student-friendly budget meals. Any advice or help would be great
