52/F, time to get healthier
Hello all, I'm 52/F, 5'7" and started at 170 last week. My job keeps me walking most of the time. I started riding a mountain bike 4-5 times a week, about 8-10 miles a ride for exercise. It's time to drop 35 pounds to start with. Then I'll decide if more is necessary. After trying for a month to cut back (or so I thought)…
