Day 5 on this fitness pal app and I love it! The support is great, I went from 0-15 in 5 days haha Counting calories and checking macros is amazing so I know what I need.

But remember it is okay.
How many people woke up today and realized they were supposed to be at the gym. That's okay though because we still have a full day ahead of us! Make it there and don't make excuses.
