Just restarting my weight loss again after stopping for a while. Managed to lose 30 pounds the first round and keep it off until now. I'm 22 5'4 and 280 so I have a long way to go. Looking for friends for motivation and support.

Need some advice
So I'm just starting out on my weight loss journey. I'm currently 300 and I was wondering if it is best to stick with just cardio right now or to do strength training as well?

Motivation is hard
I just started my journey to change my life style habits this past week. I know it's going to be hard but I have to do it this time. I joined a gym and am now eating healthy. It's hard to find the motivation sometimes to go to the gym or to make healthy decisions while grocery shopping. My support from friends is lacking…
