Looking to bulk!
I had an unplanned cut month and am now looking to bulk. I am confident in my ability to beef up my arms, back, and shoulders. Looking for any help bulking chest, abs, and legs. I am planning to take in 3000 cal per day, 145-160 grams of protein. I weightlift from 45-120 mins per day. Thanks for the help!

Fall in Minnesota
Hey! It's fall in Minnesota! The best season that leads into the worst. I'm not outdoorsy in the wintertime. But looking for some great "active" things to do to keep the blood flowing and muscles growing when the snow is snowing. Any suggestions out there for winter activities?

Hawaii here we come!
