Measuring rice
I plan on making jasmine rice for dinner. 1/4 cup is 160 calories. I'm guessing the 1/4 cup is going to cook to become 1/2 cup of rice. Is this correct? Would i still log it as 1/4 cup of uncooked rice in my diary for it to be accurate? Thanks for your help!
