squatting properly?!
Okay so I started doing squats a couple days ago. About 20 reps with no extra weight. Now I'm really sore in the knees so I'm wondering If that's because I'm not squatting correctly. My knees don't go farther than my toes and my weight is in my heels. Please help!

Almost to my first goal! Before and after pictures as well.
So, i've lost almost 35 pounds since september and i couldn't be anymore excited. I started at 250 and now im down to 215! my original goal was 200, but now im more determined and motivated to go further and further. losing weight too fast?
I've been eating healthy and being more active since September, and I've already lost a little while over 30 pounds. I keep reading that its better to lose at a slow steady pace than too fast. I just started tracking what I eat about week ago. I'm scared that eventually the scales number is going to not move at all.

Determination and motivation is what i need!
I've never been so determined to lose weight, not only lose weight but hopefully get my body toned! Been at this since September and I'm 30 pounds down! Far from where I want to be, but far from where I was!
