Help, I'm a young 70
I need to lose 25# and realize I can't do it alone. I need the accountability and support of friends. I'm 70, double knee replacements, hashimoto's thyroid, back and neck issues and a heart attack survivor!! I walk alot and live in the midwest US, the frozen tundra right now!
