I just did a Zumba workout. I have not exercised since July, and that was just walking. During Zumba my chest started hurting. I don't know if that's normal or if I should be concerned. I'm 28 years old, 5'2 and 219 pounds. I'm considered morbidly obese and I'm a smoker. I hope that information is helpful.
