Exercise Calories
I am a runner (love marathons and ultramarathons) on run days it can give me 1500 extra calories, but can I trust that? Because I run a lot will I still get the same calorie burn and should I eat all my exercise calories?

Oh my that sounds so desperate! I'm looking for MFP friends as I believe it will make me more accountable and make it more fun and become habit forming. At the moment I have my mum and a few facebook friends that don't use it anymore!
