To weigh myself after less than a week of eating healthy and doing exercise and know all this effort is paying off is so exciting! I've lost 7lbs in less than a week! Wooooooop :)
I'm getting used to being active again, feeling the need to do something all the time :) eating healthy and not huge meals is hard but I'm getting there! Anybody interested in communicating would be great support and of course I shall support you!
