Hi everyone - happy to start this thread... I think I am the furthest East on the planet ?? here in Luxembourg. Too cold (-14 Celsius) this morning for my morning walk.... grrr/brrr. Therefore am planning to walk home tonight... we will see how it goes!

Day Three (or four...not sure how everyone is counting?) Good day today... hiked 8kms ... which is good. Now having a glass of Sauternes which I just learned is considered a desert wine... which is bad. Lol.

Tea anyone?
Hi everyone, I drink tea just about everyday. Sometimes ear grey (usually with a little Stevia) and often herb tea such as mint, berry or ginger. Anyone have any other fav teas? I hear green tea is good for weigh loss? Is it really?

Trying not to be a control freak... Numbers, numbers, numbers
Been logging for 60 days now - dropped 20 lbs. Finally corrected my starting weight as I only weighed myself one week after starting logging and I now weigh myself everyday. Also reset my activity level to 'sedentary' as I have an office job and MFP DOES NOT include exercise in the 'activity level' - right? Really trying…

Christmas Day - not going to fret!
Back and forth today - do I log this... do I log that? Normally it is a heated yes.
