St. Valentine's day!
Hi Ladies, We made it! February 14th finally... it was a tough month for me with my husband away and my exercise plan going to pieces but I still managed to drop 6lbs. At a new low weight this morning - 167.2. (Another 15-20 to go!) Thanks for the support and for sticking with it!! Karen

Day 32 - 13 Feb
Grateful for my son Ian's help these days inspiring me to continue working with weights now that my physio programme has finished. We even bought a multi gym and he will help me commit to a light weight routine at least three times a week! Finger's crossed!

Mornin' ladies. Happy Hump Day. Very lazy day. Bailed on yoga, ate maintenance-level calories and watched Netflix with my son all night!! Grateful my husband comes home today and I can get back to my walking every morning!!!!!!!!!!!#)($&#($&*(#!)$&#*!() ;)

Happy Friday - on leave today - yippee! Grateful for the day to focus on getting some more exercise - hopefully a walk and a swim today!

Good morning, ladies...one week to go! Grateful that my son is a strapping lad - he was able to help me with my spring purging yesterday - four trips to the recycling outlet - it s a bummer there is not calorie burn in the MFP database for cleaning your garage!, lol.

Day 24 - 5 Feb
Morning, ladies. This morning I am grateful for coffee!! Went out to an Indian Restau last night with the girls. Didn't eat too much but it still felt like too much - very weird. Food was yummy!

Mornin' little crazy getting out the door today - almost forgot to post!! Grateful my last day of heavy physio is today! Yay!

Good Mornin, Ladies. 2/3 of the way through!! Thinking of the dinner out I am planning on Valentine's Day after my husband gets back from Canada. Anyone else planning a reward?

Day 20 - 1 Feb
Grateful that the 12-week physio therapy clinic (which finishes this week )has help me alleviate significant lower back pain. That combined with finding MFP has allowed me to make some long over-due changes in my health - hopefully for the long term. Happy Monday everyone!

Mornin' Ladies, Am grateful my overindulgence in wine last night (Gewurztraminer) did not result in any upheaval on the scale this morning, lol!! Bad news - no workout today planned - have to take my husband to the airport! Good news - while he is away for two weeks I plan to seriously climb on the wagon!!

Day 10 - 23 Jan
Over my cals yesterday - by 103 only, but still. :/ Down two lbs the first week tho so that is great - after a bit of a plateau through late December. Focused on a calorie deficit today and exercise and housework - yippee! Happy Saturday everyone!

Whew! Rough weekend so far. Was slightly over cals both Friday and Saturday but thankfully - no gain on the scales. Grateful for a new day today! Swimming an hiking planned today!

Good morning y'all. (Lived in Virginia for a while and still love that expression!) Thursday today! That means almost Friday! Gotta stick to my calories deficit till Pizza tomorrow night!

Mornin' everyone. Started the day with toast and pinda kaas (aka peanut butter) this morning. First time having PB since starting MFP on 1 Nov. Thought I needed some additional fuel for what is going to be a relatively physical day, lol.
