    Yesterday I learnt that when my meal plan fails I will eat everything in the house. But today my period started (I am doing the whole peri menopause thing so it's all a bit random) and that explains the chocolate binging and woolly headedness at the weekend. Still grateful I am a girl though <3

    @helensingssongs ... you made me smile - my meal plan failed the other night and I (almost) ate everything in the whole house... wasn't meno-related tho as went through that 18 months ago. Tee hee.
