St. Valentine's day!
Hi Ladies, We made it! February 14th finally... it was a tough month for me with my husband away and my exercise plan going to pieces but I still managed to drop 6lbs. At a new low weight this morning - 167.2. (Another 15-20 to go!) Thanks for the support and for sticking with it!! Karen
Day 32 - 13 Feb
Grateful for my son Ian's help these days inspiring me to continue working with weights now that my physio programme has finished. We even bought a multi gym and he will help me commit to a light weight routine at least three times a week! Finger's crossed!

Mornin' ladies. Happy Hump Day. Very lazy day. Bailed on yoga, ate maintenance-level calories and watched Netflix with my son all night!! Grateful my husband comes home today and I can get back to my walking every morning!!!!!!!!!!!#)($&#($&*(#!)$&#*!() ;)

Happy Friday - on leave today - yippee! Grateful for the day to focus on getting some more exercise - hopefully a walk and a swim today!

Good morning, ladies...one week to go! Grateful that my son is a strapping lad - he was able to help me with my spring purging yesterday - four trips to the recycling outlet - it s a bummer there is not calorie burn in the MFP database for cleaning your garage!, lol.

Morning, ladies. This morning I am grateful for coffee!! Went out to an Indian Restau last night with the girls. Didn't eat too much but it still felt like too much - very weird. Food was yummy!
