Whew! Rough weekend so far. Was slightly over cals both Friday and Saturday but thankfully - no gain on the scales. Grateful for a new day today! Swimming an hiking planned today!

My husband encourages me too! He knows when I get my morning workout it make me feel better the rest of the days!
Since it's going to be some what sunny, nice long run is my plan! Plus finding a couple new healthy recipes.
Grateful for living near my grandkids so I can be part of their lives!0 -

Families are the best. Today I achieved my calorie goal and some emergancy housework and I am grateful my cat kept me company while I watched a lot of movies. We may be a small group but I am liking tje support from our positive fitfam. See you tomorrow x h0

I managed to get my daughter to join me in doing pilates today and I got my woosh of 2lb loss at last. Managed to stick to calorie goal too so pretty good day!0

My husband and daughters are great cheerleaders, but this is the guy who comes and stares at me and tells me to get moving, when I've been sitting for too long (!):
He's also the one who comes to the door to greet me, when I've been gone...
So, today I am grateful for my walk-buddy!

I had a pretty good day. I struggle on the weekend with staying within my caloric requirement. Had a great workout doing my shoulders and abs.
Also , 30 mins of cardio.
I am grateful for my husband as well that he makes it easy for me to go to the gym.

I did stay focused all day, logged off FB and erased password, so I can't simply login every five minutes to lurk in. This is a big thing for me, I am prone to checking it too often for no reason. No more of that, proud of myself :-) also exercised and stayed within calorie goal, despite freshly baked homemade pie present in view.0
