I noticed after I changed my weight under goals my goal amounts or total calories changed for the past two days. I just want to know how to go back and edit the goal amounts to reflect the number of calories I want it to be. I think to correct this I need to enter my weight in the progress section right? Thank you !
Just looking for clarification. I'm trying to gain about 8 lbs or so. I calculated my maintenance calories and entered that into mfp. I have myself as active in mfp with gaining .5 lb a week. Does mfp take that all into account when calculating my calories for the day? Do I need to take away the calories I get from…
