I'm planning to get one but I'm unsure of which one I should get. I've looked into a couple but would like some opinions. Which watch would be best for counting calories burned throughout the day including exercises and walking? And which would be most accurate?

looking for some friends to add
I'm looking for some friend to add on her to help keep each other motivated and to help when the other may slip or be down. I'm a 24 year old mother who's 4'11" at 219lbs. I'm trying to lose about 100lbs.

meal prep app
I found an app called fitness meal. I haven't started using it yet but was wondering if anyone else uses it and what you think of it. Also wondering if there any other apps you guys like to assist in meal prepping.
