Not a happy bunny. Just been for my spirometry test. My lung age is 78 and my percentage is at 74%. Any lower and they would be looking at emphasema. Xray results not back yet. And I have gained 5 lbs. Operation get skinny starts NOW
I just started back with mfp today. I hope I do better this time
