30 Weeks 100lbs
Finally done it. Took me to be 50 years old but quit the booze and using MFP kept my calories to 2k a day. Ate what ever I fancied but kept under 2k. Daily exercise helped. Starting weight 333.3 pounds. Day 210 now 232.5. If I can do it you can!! Goal 175 by end of 2016
