Month 1 check in .
Hopefully everyone is still concentrating on their resolutions. I thought itd be good to see if everyone was making progress. I'm down 5lbs . Its not amazing loss or anything but I slacked alot if I must be honest. Im gonna keep going and I hope everyone else is too!

Accountable even on the weekends.
I need some people that want to stay on track together. I have a big weight loss goal and tend to get thrown off the horse on the weekends with beer and fried foods . I'm in this for life but I'm sick of starting over every week and saying this time i'll stick to it.

New to fitness pal
Looking to lose 55 lbs, through better eating and lots of exercise. Previous attempts have been unsuccessful but if I keep trying something is bound to stick.
