I lost already 145lbs, but now I want to get lean and weight loss. So I been reading on macros. I figured out my macros,but how to calculate when looking at the nutrition facts on food label is my confusion. I need calculations for dummies.
Hi it's only been a few days and I see results. I was on a regular calories counting diet and lost 143lbs thanks of support of my partner and children, but hit a Plato. So had to try something new and need to be lean.
