High protien/low carb diet/sugar intolorance
Hi there everyone, so far I've lost about 24 lbs by a combination of exercise and eating about 1200-1300 calories a day of high protien ( fish, meat, tofu, eggs) etc diet with plenty of veggies, fruits and healthy fats ( nuts, avocado) and health complex carbs like beans, lentils, and ezekiel bread.
