Thoughts on weight to use for 20 rep squats
Hi Interested in opinions for a decent weight for a 20 rep squat set on a body weight multiplier So for 20 reps would you load bar with say 1x bodyweight ? 1.25x 1.5x 2x ? Thanks in advance

Tracking lean bulk - scale or lift progression
Hi I’m interested to know how you track on a lean bulk please ? I’ve got to a body fat level I’m happy with and have also been training consistently over last 10 years or so.
