Do I count my steps or....?
I just came back from a walk. 55 mins/12.5 mins a km (or very similar)/ walking my dog/brisk pace. Anyway, so the app's built in step counter said I took enough steps to burn 111 calories. However, when I typed the information above (time and speed etc.) into the 'workout' section of my daily entry, it said I burned 260…
