MCT oil...what is true and what is woo??
I read a recent article on AOL about adding MCT oil to your diet ... i did some research and found conflicting information .. can someone please explain what it is and if plain old coconut oil is as good.. thank you for the help

The Dashboard to my account is not working, just showing a blank page... my account and setting are working fine and my fitbit synced fine... anyone one else?
