Lightly active lifestyle. Ideally like to lose 7lbs. Bit of a sugar Craver :).
I go to the gym once a week for a medium intensity workout. I enjoy a yoga class on Wednesdays and swimming on Saturday. I could lose my 7lb goal ( or possibly 9lb due to Christmas) if I had more motivation and support). Weekends combined with my mum's sugary baked items are my weakness!
