I’d love to have a ton more myfitnesspal friends so I be sure to stay on track, but when more than that I’d love to meet someone who wants to reach their own fitness goals and who pushes me and let’s me push them to keep us accountable. How’d you find your motivational workout buddy?

Don't feel hungry, but worried about calorie intake
I workout 3-5 times a week mostly lifting weights and occasionally doing cardio as well. My fit bit says I burn 2000-2500 those days, but whenever I log my calories on MFP I realize I'll log about 900-1000 calories for the day and be full. Boredom eating
How do you keep yourself from eating when you're bored? Like I know you're suppose to just say no because you're not hungry, but whenever I get super bored it becomes really hard for me to keep myself disciplined. How do you keep yourself from eating when you're bored? Any fun tricks?
