Prepping food to make things easier and healthier for me and my parents, too bad I have to figure out how to hide vegetables from them like they are children. Anyone have any recipes that have a serving of vegetables in it but you can't tell?

Need tough love!
I need some people who will be on my *kitten* about getting healthy! I have no self discipline and I never put myself first. Wishing I had a workout buddy but I'm so upset that I need to do this for myself.
