Any one make homemade soups weekly?! If so, suggestions?! Quick to make, cheap & 2-4 days lasting :-)
I work 12 hour shifts 4 times a week as a health care assistant. As I don't have set meal times or breaks, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or recipes I can use for my dinner/ tea whilst at work on a weight/ fat loss diet.
