Hi all I'm at nearly 3 stone loss but is my belly shifting ... Hell no!!! Any tips ideas help to work on that area would be great!! I carried twins and put on at least 6 stone! I know I'm never going to have a flat belly again but any help reducing it would be appreciated xx
