Hi everyone. My Fitbit is synced to MFP. Do you log your exercise when you already get credit for total steps? For instance, I "earned" almost 400 calories for 15k+ steps today. WW calculated activity points based on number of steps/day so most people didn't log their actual fitness activities separately. What do you do with MFP? Go only off number of steps? Or, do you log exercise on top of that?
