Is there a certain time that's best to work out? Morning / Evening? Or does it not even matter as long as your doing it?

I am on an 1800 calorie diet I weigh 228. I am lifting small weights and jogging treadmill. I need to know how many Calories to burn in order to see results. And how much I should dedicate each day to working out. Thank you!

Breastfeeding And eating right
How hard it is to eat right and keep calories low while breastfeeding! Any help would be great on how to fight those hungry urges or what I could eat that won't affect what I've burned exercising!

Anybody else have this prob?
I go all day eating right drinking right. But at night I want to grab the chips or just munch out. How do you avoid this? Should I make a protein shake? Or should I just "man up" and walk away. It's so hard!
