Does anyone have a recommendation for a good heart rate monitor? I am using the gear fit 2 and it is incredibly inaccurate. Need more carbs
I need to increase my carb intake and am having a hard time. I am gluten free and don't eat any dough, pasta, bread, crackers, pretzels etc even if a gluten free version is available.
