Hey guys, like the title implies I took a break from MFP but I'm back with a vengeance. I'm a hard gainer and It took me eating 3000+ calories a day to finally start putting on some weight. Been an avid liter since highschool. Looking for friends that are interested in strength training and healthy eating!
Hey guys I'm that typical on again off again MFP'er, not cause I give up or loose ambition but cause I like switching it up and starting out new... haha j/k I got lazy as hell when winter started hitting stopped lifting stopped giving a fauk about my eating habits...and I lost ALOT of my gains as a result.
