Pole fitness... how to classify in exercise journal???
I just started taking a pole fitness class and it's 10 minutes of warm up/cool down and 50 minutes of aerobic AND strength training combined. There were no categories for this- I've been using Dance- Aerobic, Modern or Ballet but I'm not really sure that I'm getting the actual breakdown between aerobic and strength…

Best scale???
Well... my contractor broke my scale yesterday when fixing the tile in my bathroom :( Anyone have any suggestions for the best at home scale? I didn't really care for the one I had anyways- it never seemed to weigh accurately so looking for the best scale for under $50 (in the US :smile: ) Thanks for any suggestions!

5:2 diet- curious if anyone has tried this??
I read an article about this and joined their FB page but wanting to know if anyone has tried. Basically two days a week you eat under 500 calories then the other five you "eat what you want" but in moderation? Apparently Jimmy Kimmel did it and looks GREAT! Thoughts>
