Hi all, I am newish to the forum but after returning from holiday in July and putting the photos together i decided i had for long enough had exuses not to get back in shape. Started my journe on the 6 July 2016 at a 129.9kg. I am curennly on 119.1kg and my target weight i am aiming for is between 100-105kg.
