I had a ton of alcohol and pizza yesterday and feel really guilty. Had a total of about 3,200 calories What are your thoughts on cheat days?
Hey. So I'm not much of a breakfast person but have been trying my very best to eat it just because everyone and their mothers swear that it's imperative when shedding pounds and being healthy. What happens if I'm never hungry for breakfast and I don't eat? Would that hurt any efforts to lose weight? Thanks in advance :)
