I am really struggling with weight loss and belly fat since my hysterectomy 5 years ago. 1200 calories for a 5'9 inch gal that weighs 193 is tough. I get so confused about which dietary guides are for me, carbs, keto, atkins,south beach, etc... just baffled and need some good sense direction.
Looking for anyone trying to better themselves and divide the pain and multiply the joy! I'm also very interested in ladies that are 50 and over...my struggle since the hormonal change has really thrown me for a loop so far as diet is concerned. Who knew looking at food could make you gain weight!!
