I need friends to help me guide me though. I need to lose 30 pds. I started eating right. And going to the gym. I am 42 years old. It's time for a change.
I also need movited. I just started so it's easy now. But it gets harder as time goes by. I gained 30 pds. So I use this app plus work out in the gym. Do u have any ideas or recipes?
